ILLUSTRATION
THE TERRORISER
I received a commission from the YouTube star to create him an image that he could use across his social media as a header. He wanted his signature 'Terminator' character included as well as some of his friends including Vanoss Gaming and H2O Delirious. I decided upon a comic strip to incorporate all of the guys. We discussed ways we could add them into the grid and add humour relating to his video content at the same time. I made the strip quite large so that The Terroriser could then crop it as he wished to accomodate each social media platform. I created this in Manga Studio.
"I had a vision for what i wanted from this project but the final product far exceeded my expectations. Each panel was perfectly drawn! It's hard to convey your ideas to artists but with DeadBird, he can understand you and expand upon your ideas and better them." - @TTerroriser

VENGELFE
A friend of mine suggested a few people i should draw. I chose to illustrate Vengelfe. My usual style of colouring always feels too harsh when i draw women so i decided to colour using the airbrush for a more subtle effect.
I also have a speedart video of this which you can watch here. You can also visit her channel by clicking here. |

TREVOR PHILIPS
One of my most 'well received' and shared illustrations is this drawing of Trevor from GTAV. I first started drawing him as practice when i first purchased Manga Studio. At the time i was playing quite a lot of GTAV and Trevor with his sadistic attitude and humour became my favourite playable character from the game. There was no intention of adding any colour or polishing the original sketch in any way, it was merely that, a sketch! After i shared the image on social media, it gained quite a lot of good feedback and it was at that point i decided i would add colour.
Learning new tools can be difficult when starting out with new software so i experimented until i found the tools that i felt most comfortable using. I started out with basic colouring and working with the layers and opacity until it began looking like Trevor. Once the colour had been added i then started working on adding small details to create more depth to the image and more contrast overall. Once finished i placed the image side by side through various stages of it's production so that, if interested, people could see how it was created. It was shared on Twitter by @RockstarGames, the creators of GTAV!

CUSTOM XBOX ONE
Prior to the release of the Xbox One i decided to make a custom illustration of the console, inspired by Grand Theft Auto Vice City! I love the colour scheme and it's vibrancy with it's clash of neon hues.
I created this while I practiced using Illustrator and while it may not be one of my better Illustrations, it is still one of my favourites. |
MR JERY JEREMY
Jery came to me after a mutual friend and fellow YouTuber @WAFLNeo suggested he checked out my work. He liked what i had done and wanted me to create him a social media avatar. It would feature his iconic balaclava and sunglasses combo!

KIRK FOX
One of the most popular and entertaining Periscope stars is the legendary Hollywood actor and comedian Kirk Fox. He starred in the films The Patriot and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I first started watching Kirk Fox on the hunt for a serial killer LIVE during his Periscopes. He keeps people safe and he keeps people laughing. I drew a quick picture of him LIVE on one of my own Periscopes, purely because I'm a fan of his. I was amazed to find out that he was using the picture as his Twitter and Periscope icon. He contacted me on Twitter to say thanks and I offered to make him a better one, he now uses the updated one as his profile picture!
Kirk Fox has gathered over 5,000,000 hearts on Periscope!

SPIDERMAN SKETCH
In 2015 I would attend my very first videogames convention, EGX 2015 held at the NEC, Birmingham. I would be meeting clients and a friend which I have worked with across social media, together we co-produce the YouTubeGaming channel BeachGamesTV.
Beach is a huge fan of Spiderman so I thought I would make him a little sketch of the superhero and frame it as a gift. This is how it turned out. |
STING
I wanted to create an illustration of a WWE superstar in an iconic film pose. The film i chose was the cult classic 'The Warriors', featuring the 'Baseball Furies'. Since Sting from the WWE likes to swing a bat, he seemed the ideal candidate.
I may create a collection of WWE/Movie illustrations but as of now, this is the only one. I decided to run a competition on Twitter, with the prize of a signed print. To follow me on Twitter, click here. |
LOW POLY
VIDEO AVAILABLEA collection of 'low poly' portraits that i created featuring the people i find funny and entertaining. Each design was made into a 6x4 print and i may make them available for print onto canvas.

VARIOUS ILLUSTRATIONS
I draw and doodle quite a lot, i find it helps express my mood and from small, untidy sketches ideas for projects can be found where you least expect them. Some of the work below started out as quick, little drawings on a scrap piece of paper and ended up as some of my favourite work! I have created so many illustrations in my lifetime it would be rude for me to expect you to sit and look through them all, so here's a collection of some of my own personal favourites, ranging from simple sketches to final pieces.
